Kate McCauley-McGinley is a licensed family therapist in private practice in Radnor, Pa. She completed her Bachelor degree at the New School of Social Research in New York City and her Master's degree at Hahnemann University and Medical College.

Prior to her career in clinical psychotherapy, Kate was a financial representative with Merrill Lynch in Chicago and a real estate management executive in Chicago and Philadelphia.

Kate has been involved with the Mustang Foundation since its beginning. It is her belief and experience that lives can be profoundly impacted by a single word, or a hand up, or the support of a caring adult. She also believes that it is our duty, truly our privilege, to give back to our society by providing opportunities for our children.

Kate lives in Villanova with her husband Edward and Labrador retriever Bella.
